Looking for the first step in working with scuba as a career? Your adventure into the professional levels of recreational scuba diving begins with the PADI Divemaster program. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, in this program you expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills to the professional level. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers. PADI Divemaster is the prerequisite certification for both the PADI Assistant Instructor and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certifications.
Course Details

PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.
Prerequisites:
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification from another training organization), PADI Rescue Diver (or qualifying certification from another training organization).
20 logged dives to start the program.
Minimum Number of Logged Dives: 60 for certification as PADI Divemaster

Recreational Dive Planner (RDP) – all three versions (Table, Wheel and eRDP including associated Instructions for Use booklets)
The Encyclopedia of Recreational Diving
Diving Knowledge Workbook
Divemaster Slates
PADI Divemaster Video
Instructor Guides for the programs that may be conducted by PADI Divemaster. You may purchase these guides from your PADI Dive Center/Resort
Provide scuba mask, fins, and snorkel and dive boots.
Provide or rent BCD, wet-suit, regulator, octopus, compass and gauges.
Provide or Purchase a hood and gloves for Divemaster Diver dives if necessary.
Prior to class read all of the course materials and complete all knowledge reviews.
Provide entry fee for dive sites and any air fills.
Bring your Open Water Certification card or most recent certification card and log book to the dive site.

Weights and tanks at no additional cost.
PADI Certification card upon successful completion of coursework and open water exercises.
For your safety, all Amber Waves dive instructors are certified PADI professionals, with current training in CPR and First Aid
